Description:

single residential house refurbishment, alteration and extension work including full architectural service.

The clients wanted to create a contemporary internal approach but to remain sympathetic to the exterior character property in a conservation area.

The extensive basement tanking and construction was technical with land drainage and pumping involve to divert a stream course running through the property.

Access to the lower floor was by an internal spiral staircase strategically located internally to allow for the provision of the new raised floor breakfast room.

The kitchen was moved to the centre of the house and linked to the front dining room.

The property underwent extensive renovation including the front elevation brick cleaning.
