Description: Special project requirement for the design and construction of three new build contemporary penthouse flats on the roof of an existing 1920's mansion block on Wimbledon Hill.
In consultation with Structural Engineers as lightweight metal frame system was utilised to reduce the loads on the building and provide for fast track construction.
Specification of dry façade materials and rain screen cladding was inherent in the form of construction and the process of constructing 'flats on the roof'
